It`s a pleasure to introduce to you our family owned and operated guesthouse.

Our home is located in a quiet, but central residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with grand mountain views all around us.

The historic center of Partenkirchen with many excellent restaurants as well as the main train station and the adjacent local and regional bus terminal are within 10 min. walk. The Zugspitze train station can be reached on foot in 15 min. It takes only 20 min. to the Garmisch convention center ( Kongresscentrum ) and pedestrian zone with a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Only 100 meters from our house, you`ll find a supermarket.

We offer three spacious, comfortable furnished for 1 – 4 guests: 1 at ground level with a terrace; 2 on the first upper floor, each with balcony.

Each apartment provides a satellite TV and a well appointed kitchen with dining nook as well as a complete private bathroom which includes tub and shower and toilet. You will also find a hair dryer and free WiFi for your convenience.

In addition, we offer breakfast service, if desired.
